Happy Birthday, Linda's other half! (I'm reluctant to use BH, I could get in trouble!) Enjoy your Birthday sour cream pudding with candles!!!

You're only eating 1,000 calories a day? What is the difference between fat fasting and ketosis?

Linda, I think it's great your husband with with you on this fat fast and in LCHF in general. Happy Birthday to him.

I've enjoyed reading all your fat fast threads. While I haven't tried a real fat fast of several days since the one time a year ago, I have done a intermitent fat fast - eating only two very fatty/very low protein meals for a day, skipping lunch or having fat bombs if feeling hypo. It does help get me over cravings and overeating portions that seems to creep up on me regularly. I've started planning this for once a week.

The calorie restriction, and the fact that 90% of the calories on the fat fast are FAT!
