Good to hear you're making progress.

Yes, your weight loss will slow down as you get nearer and nearer what your body wants as a healthy weight. That final five kilos will take a while to go, but so what?

More important, you are now fitting into clothes that were uncomfortable before you started. That suggests that some of the "missing" weight loss is a transition from FAT to MUSCLE - good news - not bad!

Well done!

Awesome. Congratulations, you have worked hard. I have lost 65 pounds since easter and would like to loose another 25. So now I am stalling. But I know I will get there. Keep up the good work.

Great job. I'm personally waiting for my first accusation of being on steroids.

I got mine a few weeks ago. They sent me for back to back drug screenings. The rumors have shifted from me using cocaine to steroids now. I am absolutely loving it though... The rumors are more of a rush to me than the actual drugs could be.
