Went out with a friend to a Mexican place for dinner and 108 this morning! Am I ranging higher, or is it just me being bad? I would guess it's just me being bad! Glad I'm so low 'cause I can afford this higher readings for a few days. Gotta get control again...

Not the best night's sleep tho' and that could be partly what's going on...

Had a ribeye, green beans, salad, and grilled peppers (jalapeño and habanero) for supper. Had snack of mixed nuts and berries to ease the afterburn. Had a 111 (6.2) this morning

77 this morning! 93 when I went to bed. Had a bedtime snack of 1/2c yogurt with 1/4c blueberries, for some reason I was craving it. Worried that the blueberries might cause morning fbg to be higher but was pleasantly surprised! Guess I just added another bedtime snack to the standard celery with cream cheese and marmite.

We seem to be experiencing the same ups and downs. I think fat ratio gets a little low and that lets FBG get a little high.
