4.9 this morning. A friend shouted me some Red Rooster for dinner last night. No chips, and the carbs are low according to CalorieKing, but still my bs is up a bit this morning. But it was worth it...

Lol. Me and BH did that for dinner last night! Lol. I had the create your own three way with steak, scampi, and salmon. Broccoli on side and ate BH broccoli as well. ExtRS butter to dip everything in and garden salad with added chia seeds.

BG before dinner..74 (4.1)
BG after dinner...76 (4.2)

Was lovely and delicious!

Now the weather's cooler, it's great to have the option to walk at other times of the day than first thing in the morning, isn't it?

Yes it is, just a shame that it's such a boring walk round my way, nothing but dirt roads ( have to be careful with stones ) & scrub, very few homes, just cows grazing, also have to keep an eye out for snakes at the moment, had a large brown in my driveway the other week, I sure don't want to be getting too close to one of them!
