I really enjoy trying to decipher the idioms at play among the discussion of cook tops, etc. What's that Churchill quote? "Two nations separated only by a common language"? Well, anyway, I'm at 238 this morning - not bad!

4.6 this morning. Went out to admire the new kitchen and absent-mindedly ate my cabanossi before testing.

108 for me. Not great, but right now, 4 hours after lunch, I'm sitting pretty at 87. Happy about that since today is Kid 2's 30th b-day, and I'm going to eat cake.

Got to bed at 11 this morning, up at 5 this evening to a 67 (3.7). Forgot to mention in the exercise thread that i also spent an hour this morning tiring out the pony who doesn't like to be caught. Who said old fashioned hard work doesn't pay off.

Oh my . . . that sounds so "me" it's laughable! I didn't eat anything first, but was still 117. Ate a great egg "sandwich" for breakfast though - fried egg with yolk broken, smear of mustard & melted cheese on top.
