Not sure whether to be angry or sad, really. Sorry to moan but noone IRL wants to hear it.
Clea I wonder why your putting on weight especially as your diet hasn't changed, is this & your other symptoms caused by under active thyroid? If so can you change docs?
Sad all your hard work in losing weight is under threat, it's so damn hard to lose the weight
Wish I had a magic wand for you

I was at 87 this morning. Yesterday as a treat me and wife went for the breakfast buffet at the Westin at Gurgaon. We decided we had to pamper ourselves. We ate and ate for an hour and a half.

I obviously stuck to low carb. Nuts, eggs, fish, paneer, chicken, sausages, bacon and different types of cheese. Anyways I was so stuffed that I had no lunch and dinner. Blood sugar remained in the 95-102 range all day. After I exercised at night I saw the 80s again

Overall a fun day

4.0 after a slow start. I no longer test every morning unless I add a new food, tends to be weekends and 3 times during week. Numbers are so consistent and I only test once during day unless I feel out of sorts.

Fingers crossed for an early night and a good night's sleep for you. I imagine that you're having a busy time with Noah there at the moment.
