My story is much like Shanny's. I woke really early for me and got involved with the book i'm reading and failed to check it for a couple of hours, but when i did, it was 99 with no reason I can figure out.

C'est la vie!

4.8 this morning. That will teach me to lie in bed thinking for nearly an hour before getting up. However, my weight has dropped again and my BMI is right on 30 this morning.

114 this morning--109 last night
I woke up in the middle of the night to realize the power had gone off. It was quite warm and too quiet. About the time I finally got back to sleep the power came back on and woke me up again!

4.3 this morning. Some reflections on yesterdays A1C test: I actually should be glad that I had such a low number. Haven´t had any medicine since last test and have been somewhat less strict on carbs the last months. The number also is a bit lower than 5.2 because another scale is used in Sweden.

Then the neuropathy. It´s only quite slight and I actually had it already a year ago when I was diagnosed, but made no reflections until I read about it some months ago and now had a test made. According to the diabetes nurse I´ve not gained it now because my numbers are to good.

Cold only +9 C just now. Up in Stockholm very bad weather , rain and +6 C. Today Stockholm marathon and also Hillary Clinton on a visit. A boat trip in the Stockholm archipelagio is planned with Sweden´s foreign minister Carl Bildt. The runners and the foreign ministers hopefully are properly dressed for this weather.
