93 this morning. Everybody have a great low Carb day!

June 21st, 2011 FBG 102 A1C 5.4
Diagnosed July 1st, 2011-Fasting was 124, GTT 253 (started low carb diet and zoloft two weeks before the test)
Metformin 500 extended release once a day
Prozac 10 mg
Ativan as needed (and it's definitely needed sometimes)
A1C September 6, 2011 5.3
A1C February 10, 2012 5.1
A1C June 2013 5.3
A1C September 2014 5.2
Yep, I think my anxiety and anti-depressants hastened my journey into diabetes

A nice even 5.0 for me this morning. I can live with that number but would like to get down into consistent 4's.

Hi I worked last night, had cereal and toast at 6 am went to bed at 8 am, when I got up at 16.30 pm I had a small snack, then for tea I had rice with small amount curry
I took my blood sugars 2 hrs 14.9 I felt unwell now got to work tonight so I don't know what to eat next night work

I can't find a low carb cereal so make quiches each Sunday to microwave for breakfast. Watch out for the rice as that bites me every time. Have a look at the low carb ideas here and some of the websites like http://www.dietdoctor.com/lchf which might help. Ok will also mention http://www.bloodsugar101.com/ which helped me.
