Cereal, toast AND rice, all within 24 hours? Wow. That would make me feel unwell too.

92 fbg for me. A little higher than usual, I think because I ate an apple yesterday.

Good deduction! I teach high school maths in a state girls school 11-18 for my sins.

You know after a year and a half on the D truck it is the perpetual guilt that is the one part I have trouble with.

Unwell would be putting it mildly for me I think. I had half a baked potato one night about a month ago and ended up close to 300. I'd hate to think what all that would do to me. (

Slept better today and got up this afternoon with an 82 (4.6). Hopefully only 6 more nights of 12 hour graveyard shift.

Good luck and hope you get it under control.
I've had really good luck with Sensato Sugar-Free Nut & Flax cereals from netrition.com. 17 gr carb but 15 gr fiber so net 2 gr carb for 1/2 cup serving. I've tried cranberry and cinnamon and have no spikes at all. I just ordered the cherry flavor. Here are the ingredients for the cinnamon:

Ingredients: Pecans, vegetable fiber, flax seed meal, wheat bran, soy protein isolate, almonds, oats, canola oil, flavorings, baking soda, soy lecithin, sea salt, low glycemic monosaccarides, sucralose.
