88 (4.9) this morning. Frigid? Freezing! It's supposed to snow today. Hard to believe it's not even winter, yet . Town folk say they expect blizzards this year. Guess I'd better invest in boots, gloves, hats, ... parkas, galoshes, snowsuit... or a new mug for hot Keto chocolate?

Today I tried out Dottie's Cauliflower Bake which Shanny posted. hmmm so delicious. I was out of mushrooms, but used lots of cheese incl parmesan.
Enjoyed it with two lamb chops.

Oi, I haven't cooked in two weeks and started missing home-made.

Im off to a sunset concert at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Low chairs on the grass is allowed, so I ll take mine and pack a few snacks. I was happy to see that I had no spike from two nectarines, so I ll pack that and some cucumber with olives and feta. I'll just watch everyone else enjoy cranberry filled-crepes and chocies

David -- I am with you confused 132 this morning with a 101 at bedtime ---

25F this morning in Philly -- snow and freezing rain late today into tomorrow -- only 1 to 3 inches but enough to make it interesting...

126 this morning, just like a bouncing ball ! Still not over this cold so I guess that is keeping my numbers higher.
5° F (-15 ° C ) this morning. Snow covers the ground but clear and sunny. Really quite pretty, will probably last a few days but warmer weather to come in the next couple of days.
Tamagno, I find the Cetaphil at Costco often is on sale for about $12 for a 20 oz. jar. One of the prescription tubes of goo a dermatologist gave me was a brand name and was $50 co-pay with a retail price of $ 600 if you can believe that. Did nothing at all after one month of use.

Forgot to give my weather report this morning. Well, rain and melting snow. Sweden is a small country but a long distance from the north to the south. Well here is a link. On the left temperature in Löddeköpinge where I live and compared to a temperature graph from Sweden´s northern mining town. Well just now I prefer to live down here, although all this rain.

Forgot to take my FBG before we left to go to breakfast and haven't checked it yet, only had eggs & bacon so can't be all that bad.
Very cold this am, we had 0 F and right now it is only 5 F with 3 inches of snow.
