86 fasting. Cold. Grey. Ugly, weather that is. Suppose to be a high of 18 with-1 tomorrow night. I live in the south so this is horrific for us. Luckily I have my cats to keep me warm and a nice fireplace and yea the husband to entertain me.

Late to post needed to get some chores done and the garbage up to the road when the wind was taking a break.

60 (3.3) this cold and windy morning, 78 (4.3) at bedtime last night.

21°F (-6.1°C) right now, that is the predicted high, with the wind though it is much colder. Supposed to go into the teens overnight. Nothing like you peeps back East. I hope all of you in the bad weather stay warm and safe.

@CD cool, you know we will require description and photos?
@VeeJay, hope you are feeling better soon
@msfranxie, well done!!
@billi, Mary is right once you stabilize your bg, those 60's won't make you feel wonky. I typically get fastings in the 60's and it doesn't bother me at all.

I sure hope so! Even after I ate it still was a dull throb. Perhaps it's a sinus/allergy headache instead but I do notice it when my sugars are below 80.

274 this morning. Ouch! Have to increase basal rates.

43 here this morning with snow melting and lots of fog. Going back down to single digits later today.

Good grief.

For those concerned, Skin Tac works really well for adhering my CGM sensor. Not sure yet how easy it will be to remove, but I have some special cleanser for it. The Skin Tac requires only a small amount to work and seems to permeate the patch. The bottle cost around $15 at Amazon and should last quite a long time.

So far, it appears much better than surgical tape.

100; had 42g. carbs. yesterday, most near end of day. Will do better today. Illustrates the importance of checking glucose levels often and charting.

Weather is wacko -- warm today, freezing again beginning tonight.

A lovely 5.2 on this crazy weather day. Snow yesterday, warming enough to rain some last night and now we're under a flash freeze warning.
