You better believe it!! We've stopped walking around like zombies and the holiday makers (staying in tents and caravans) have stopped slumping on the outdoor cafe tables gasping for breath.

I have been in the mid 90's for the last few days. Not as nice to see as the 70's but I do end up having a more stable day. Go back to see the provider on Friday and i am hoping for a nice adjustment on medications. Averaging mid 90's throughout the days over the last 7 days thanks to LCHF.

4.7 this morning after a night up walking with restless legs. Kept me awake till about 03 and then it started all over again at 06 and my special medicine prescribed for this wasn´t at any help Well, I´m retired so I don´t have to hide my yawnings trying to be concentrated at an office after three hours of "refreshing" sleep. I just take it easy today and try to relax.

Sinusitis is much better. It was horrible till it lasted!

245 this morning. Bolused right away. I think it may have been from an evening snack of pepperoni and cheese though I know that seems unlikely.

Going for blood work first thing today. A1c's going to be higher I'm afraid. Also checking vitamin D levels.

Increased IC ratio as well as basal rates yesterday. No help plus a bad afternoon hypo.

Tried eating more for weight gain, but it just seems to cause glucose problems even with low carbs, high fat.

Going back to reducing everything today - less food, less insulin. Getting things just right is difficult.

92 -- creeping upward, but I'll take it. Cold front and more snow on the way. Can feel it in my joints already. Oy!

4.4!!!! Lowest morning reading yet!!!

Another polar vortex on its way. I have a friend in from Israel and the weather is surprising her. Luckily, I have extra heavy winter jackets around, so we have her well bundled.

Yesterday we took her to the zoo. Lots of outdoors. I slept well, once I got past my husband's snoring.
