86 for me today. Which is surprising since I was woken from sleep by arthritis pain in my knees. Had to take some pain meds, OTC Ibuprofen is the strongest I take, and was able to get a couple hours of restless sleep in between some weird dreams.

It was 82 for me this morning. We still have an inversion going on and I am frozen to the bone.

7.4 then re-tested a 7.6

I'll stick with the 7.4

David I hope the arthritis pain in your knees reduces soon. I "had" Rheum Arthritis but not long after starting LCHF it went 'away'. That was a bonus!

Thanks DLC. But since it's from an injury, not much chance of that. 😗

My daughter came over for dinner last night and we tend to have a chat-a-thon lol. I've just spoken to a friend and she's mentioned another heatwave coming. I refuse to check the weather report. I don't want to know.

DLC just checked it's now expected Monday and Tuesday. Better get to Bunnings and buy a couple of their $10 pedestal fans.
