70 (meter 1) or 87 (meter 2) this frigid morning.

DLC, I know it can be disheartening to share numbers you're not proud of. But we all know that numbers can be deceiving--highs and lows that can't be accounted for. If we don't share the highs, then the lows lose some of their meaning, but most of all, we have to stay in the game!

71, which is unheard of for me. I rarely find my fasting BG much under 100, and I've never seen it under 90 until today.

Seems yesterday's number was (hopefully) a one of a kind.

92 today.

94 this morning. Every once in a while I dip into double digits.
We have high wind warnings for the next two days with gusts that could be as high as 70 MPH. Makes walking outside a pain.

104 this morning with high degree of arthritis pain. If the changing weather would just settle down, I think my arthritis would and then my BS readings. But then, I live in Missouri. The weather never stays the same for longer than a week. How is Arizona? Anybody know?

6.9. Highest in a couple of weeks, but I succumbed to being human and ate KFC and poutine. (Fried chicken and fries with gravy and cheese curds.)

Went to bed at about 6.3, so 6.9 doesn't bother me, especially considering my food choice at dinner. Lantus seems to have taken care of any massive issues overnight.

Being far more conservative today. Tuna salad and broccoli for lunch, breakfast was yogurt with chia, flax and buckwheat (less than 2 tbsp, but 2 full tbsp is only 11g carbs anyway. Forgot to check fiber content, which brings the net carbs down)

Still awfully cold here!!

I talked to a friend in Flagstaff yesterday and it's been in the high 60's and dry. Unusual weather for this time of year like California and could lead to a nasty fire season.

I had a 100 this morning. Again, not sure why except the pain in the back is bad. Arthritis and changes in weather are not friends!
