Keep your BG levels here and you'll be in the 5% range. Congrats and keep up the good work.

A 5.3 this morning. Im in the midst of planning our summer Canada trip which has now become more of a two-continent tour! As of now, it consists of 5 days in Paris, 3 days in Vimy to see the Canadian Vimy Memorial and then off to Vancouver for 5 days. After that, we catch the bus to Ottawa and spend a week with friends before heading off to London, Ontario to visit another friend and then further to Niagara Falls for 3 days. We then head back to Ottawa where we will stay until we have to catch a bus back to Vancouver for the flight back to Paris for the flight back to Stockholm. Got all that?

66 this morning! Finally able to decrease my Lantus again, the Byrudeon is starting to work.

Been having some horrible back spasms the past 2 days. I think it's contributing to my headaches as well. My husband and I think we need a new mattress or my lead apron at work is causing it. Either way, I wish it would stop.

Happy Tuesday y'all :-)

94 this morning. We have a chance of rain this coming weekend. Only a 20-30% chance, but any chance is welcome. Keeping my fingers crossed. I hope everyone in the way of the freezing cold is able to stay warm.
Tamagno, you really have to put up with plenty of problems. Hope your Dr. is able to help
CD, your trip sounds great, bet you can't wait to get started.

I think it's going to be a ton of fun but I now have to resist the urge to over-organise it by adding more and more to the itinerary. I had originally planned on adding a jaunt over to Nova Scotia to visit family from my mother's side I have never met but it added too much to the cost. Unfortunately, this also may be the last time over the pond for a few years so it's sad that I couldn't fit them in.

Yeah, it can be hard not to try and cram too much into your itinerary but some of the fun is in the planning. Then it's hard to wait until it's time to leave.

6.0 - running late for work - forced myself to eat a hard boiled egg and some cream cheese. This creeping upwards DP is doing my head in!

Cooler weather today then the temp will start to rise again!

Enjoy your day or whatever part if the day you're in!

71 (3.9) this cool cloudy morning, 64 (3.54) at bedtime.

Supposed to snow tonight!! Even have a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11PM tonight to 11AM tomorrow. I sure hope it is right! We need the snow. Temp right now is 31įF, not as cold by far as some of you peeps back East I know.

((((Tamagno)))) I hope your drs can get you sorted so you can begin to feel better!! Sending healing energy.

CD, what an awesome trip!! You are going to have so much fun!

4.7 this morning.

Slept late this morning probably due to heat (44C) finally abating late last night. A cool day today with forecast temps rising into 40Cs again by the weekend.

CD green with envy over your itinerary - I've done a lot of travelling over the years and the planning and anticipation always left me on a high. Fantastic to catch up with friends and family when distance keeps you apart.

Hope all those on the sick list feel better soon.
