185 this morning.

No terrible highs or lows yesterday. Spring break begins this afternoon.

5.2 this morning. Mostly cloudy and +6 C. After my usual exercise on the indoor bike in the morning just now watching both downhill and cross country on TV and tomorrow broadcasts from Vasaloppet for hours. Well, just don´t want to be stuck in front of the TV all weekend.

I will not be testing any more only when I really have to . I went to the doc. and that's what she told me . I will get 400 strips a year so i will have to keep a eye on my strips . the people who use insolin will have no trouble getting strips .

97- i woke up and laid in bed for an hour snoozing on and off. It was glorious! Probably should have tested at that point, but it's fine, needed the relaxation! Acid reflux is a tad better- I'll take it!

80 this morning. I really haven't eaten for the past two days, other than a few bites here and there, which created the 80 FBS today.

Well, onto Saturday. A weekend jam-packed with funeral services, work, and continuing a work-certification process. Fun times, fun times.

James if expenses are an issue and you can't find free or afford cheap strips, then you need to do something that is free. Count the carbs and cut back on those you eat.

DLC you have my sympathies. One of my SILs went through fibro for years. I remember at family reunions trying to find ways and locations where she could participate without being overwhelmed. She has been symptom-free for years and it is great that she can return to being the life of the party.
That is great news! My doctor tells me the fibro will 'burn' out eventually. Did your SIL do anything to help her become symptom free or did the fibro just go away on it's own?
