72 (3.99) this cloudy gray morning, 75 (4.15) at bedtime.

@carbcrazy, sending prayers and healing thoughts to you and your whole family.

@Pat, I am so sorry for your loss. You are so right, even though expected, a loss still hurts so much. Keeping you in my prayers.

Hi All. Sorry to hear your dad news Par.

I didn't post yesterday as I wanted to get a walk in before we packed up the beach house and drove home.

6.5 yesterday and 6.4 today. Looks like I need some very LC days to rein in the numbers again.

Whatever Easter means to you, I hope it is a peaceful time spent with those you love.

During the day my BG tests stay below 110. I think FBG exists to remind me I am not normal and cannot slip up without consequences.

If you'd like to get a new meter, send me yours and I'll send you mine. A 108 (6.0) this morning.

Back to work today to start three 12 hour day shifts.

Weather Underground says 0% chance of precipitation and clear skies for today, and says its raining. Looking at my rain gauge it says, .01 inches in the last 10 minutes. It is 51F with high of 74F expected.

89 this AM. Worked out in the morning yesterday, ate less of my CarbSmart ice cream last night, still got in 5 miles of walking and 11,421 steps.

Will be a busy, no CS ice cream weekend- will aim for some serious walks.

Have a great, healthy, Easter weekend, everyone!
