I'm off to R'mond to visit kids, g'kins and then off to Vancouver to board a cruise around a glacier and included is a mini family reunion. Sounds like fun to me! Looking forward to all events including having all meals served by someone else.

224 this morning. (You're embarrassed, Crankincraig? I thoughtlessly left my pump on low last night.)

My old mattress responded well to the tender ministrations of my Sawzall, replete with a demolition blade, and is now in 9 neat little bundles ready for the dump.

An old friend, now expert in restoration of antique recordings, has graciously agreed to digitize a studio recording I made back in the 80s. Today I'll ship off the old reel-to reel master tape to him. The results should be interesting.

5.9 (106) on a bright and sunny morning, 15°C (59°F). Forecast high 25°C (77°F), which is about the upper limit of my comfort zone...

Snap Rahul, Im at 83 this AM, too.

Stress is plaguing me again. I had to take something to relax me last night after having bad chest pains and going to Urgent Care. EKG was fine. 3.5 days until vacation (with a business trip to the West Coast involving a red eye flight back) involved.

A 115 (6.4) this morning. Even my bike rides are not making much of a lowering affect, if anything, I'm coming in higher than before the ride. I hate cortisol.

72F, clear, calm, 0% chance of rain. High predicted of 92F.

68 this morning so headed in the right direction for me ; at the moment anyway.

I know what you mean about the pump , not always perfect world. I have left mine suspended , run out of juice more than once during the night. All human error on my part.

What type of music were you into during the 80's? I think back to the 80's and think disco and rollerskates. LOL
Ok now I am showing my age. Oh well it's really just a number to me that means very little to me
