91 (5.1) this morning. Another warm day today. We got to 98°F yesterday (37°C) and it looks like the same today. Very dry, humidity 12-20%.

5.7 (103), on a grey overcast day. Tomorrow is a holiday in Canada, and so I booked today off as well to give myself a 4-day weekend.

Normal 79mg/dl, blood pressure was lower than normal 84/60mmHg, however I feel fine.

Weather outside is beautiful and the redcurrants are ripe...I'll be freezing some, and eating 30g at lunchtime.

310 this morning...

Ouch! I suspect myself of sleep eating, though I see no sign of it. I've been getting up every hour or so since midnight to the insistent chirping of both my CGM and wife. Experience cautions against a single, large bolus so I'll most likely continue making corrections throughout the day.

My single alteration to diet last evening consisted of five very small pieces of Jarlsberg cheese with five corresponding pieces of pepperoni. Surely not the culprit!

You need to find the root cause of it. This is against your usual readings. I hope you can get some rest today. Take care.
