69 this bright morning. The temps will climb to 93 F.

The reading today is very low. Last night, I ate around 7 pm and went to gym. I had coffee afterwards. Bg afterwards was 80.
I think I should eat little carbs after workout to carry me through the night.

My single alteration to diet last evening consisted of five very small pieces of Jarlsberg cheese with five corresponding pieces of pepperoni. Surely not the culprit!
Any reason if your CGM was going off you did not double check with your meter and made a bolus correction at that time even if it was smaller than normal correction because you were sleeping and certainly don't a low during that time.
I have been there and dragging yourself out of bed , checking sugar then a bolus to correct is not always as easy as it sounds during the night.

Hope you are able to get it figured out. Good Luck!!!

96 (5.3) this morning. We got to 99F (37C) yesterday and supposed to be the same today. I have to go to town today and it's supposed to get to 111F (44C) there so I don't think I will be there too long. Supposed to begin cooling a bit after today.

A very welcome 79.

This is going back in the right direction. I was bit concerned as a got a couple of high 90's earlier in the week and was hoping I was not going to start inching upward.

69 (3.8) this sunny morning, 92 (5.09) at bedtime. I guess the 2 bean salad is not going to work for dinner time. One more serving left, tomorrow for lunch....

78F here and blue skies all around. High is supposed to be 88F but don't think it will get there which is fine by me!! Tomorrow supposed to be in 90's, I will be glad if that is wrong too!

@Tamagno, do take care. Do you by chance take Ambien? I took it years ago and did indeed sleep eat. That was before d though so it wasn't so bad.....until I burned my hand badly and didn't realize it until the next morning!! I stopped taking it then and there.

6.1 (110). Not entirely happy with that, but not upset either.

80 mg/ dl , if only the outside temperature would imitate this number.

We did get around to my own small problems, of course, about which he spoke in interesting language I'd not heard before, rather as though he was speaking to another physician instead of a patient, I think.

The whole affair was a fascinating glimpse into his world for which I was grateful, helping very much to understand the difficulties inherent in communication between patient and doctor.
................concentration among opera singers. Finally found this,

where you can easily hear the prompter [pretty good himself] at least giving a little support to the wonderful Renata Tebaldi.
