A HUGE 6.7 (120) for me this morning.

Lisa, I succumbed to 2 cocktail sausage rolls and a sm cinnamon doughnut. Bought a doz for my sister, irresistible, freshly baked from the oven and I became a little reckless.
Who'd have thought you'd be considered reckless on a couple of sausage rolls and a little doughnut.

Barbara, those bagels sounds great.

I ll have to settle for a victory of another kind. Our national cricket team is doing well against Pakistan, 3-1 with one more match to go in this ODI series. The Wales vs Springboks rugby today will keep my mind off reckless treats.

149 this morning.

CD, must be tough on both you and your students. We've a fair number of Asian kids, some of them just not at all prepared to think, speak and write in English. Naturally, they tend to form little cliques with others who speak the same language. I always feel so sorry for them - lots of pressure from home as well. I cannot begin to imagine how hard it would be to go to school in, say, Beijing.

Tish, those donuts sound great. Given the trans fat affair over here, I suspect ours are about to change permanently.

Sounds like the ones we have here, from African descent.
Difficult in the workforce, when they hardly understand you, especially when still at school or attempting university.

90 today morning. My 15 year old dog who I grew up with it, and is now at my mom's place, is not keeping well. He is staggering while walking and did not eat non veg also- which is a treat for him. He has seen me through my student days, my first job, my first love, the heartbreak, my depression, my father's death, my wedding and my kid. I don't know about him but he has seen a lifetime of mine. I am scared of the inevitable. If not in a few days, then in a few years.

Day 15 with baby- he slept well and I slept well. Plus caught a long afternoon nap.

UGG -- a 75 this morning the hard way -- in Columbia MD this weekend as my wife is taking a Sanskrit class this weekend and I accompanied her to make a nice 4 day weekend

So last night's meal -- did not check BG before meal ordered a really nice burger with cheese - pork belly - marinated onions - coleslaw... It came out and I forgot to say no bun -- So I ate the bottom of the bun and it also came with French fries which I ate half. So I take the (what I thought was the correct amount) insulin. Well 2 hours later 64 -- take a piece of hard candy -- 2.5 hours - 57 --- 3 hours - 52 -- 3.5 hours - 82...

So that is the hard way to get to a good FBS number!!!

130 this morning. Everyone enjoy the weekend. It's bitter cold here. Hoping it doesn't snow too soon. I am never quite ready for snow! My son, however, already has his first snowman design planned!
