SNAP! on gotsomeold's 5.2 this morning. My numbers are slowly going back down and hopefully will continue doing so. Sold of my beloved Nikon D7100 a few weeks ago and am now the proud owner of an Olympus OM-D E-M10 micro four-thirds camera. The M4/3 system means that I don't have to lug around a huge camera body and the accompanying lenses anymore, which proved to be very cumbersome in Paris and Canada. The Olympus is tiny in comparison and the camera and four lenses weigh less than the Nikon camera w/ kit lens alone and take up much less space!

92 (5.1) this morning. The cold front has passed through and it's supposed to be warming up. 39°F this morning so it started out a little higher and it was only 67° for a high yesterday and we are supposed to be back in the high 70's to low 80's in a couple of days.

71 (3.9) this cloudy morning, 75 (4.15) at bedtime.

Thanks Mary and Nancy. It finally cleared up about 4 hours later. I kept rinsing it and finally what ever it was disappeared or was soothed. I'm going to pick up some of those fake tears today when I go out to shop.

5.2 this morning, 5.3 overnight when I could not sleep and 6.3 before bed. The day's average was 6, no spikes. But I *am* going to have to go LCMF after all. I made myself sick with the fat.

I find the best fake tears are the ones containing polyvinyl alcohol.
