A 96 (5.3) this afternoon.

First time in a long time I do not recall waking up multiple times before the alarm went off. Not sure I even moved. Doc's appointment came with 2 scripts for pain/inflammation in shoulder, meloxicam for day to day, tramador for when I'm not required to be functional. X-ray showed some arthritis, a couple of small spurs, and a battery of "Does this hurt" resistance movements, a loose or possible small tear in the rotator cuff. I got to check out You Tube for rotator cuff exercises and then go back in a month for follow up.

Very late reporting my 5.9 from this morning. Up again for no good reason.

4.2 this morning. Perhaps 4-5 is going to be a norm? Hope so.

SNAP canadiandude. 105 / 5.8 with bedtime 91 / 5.0.

Until proven otherwise, I am blaming yesterday's full moon/blood moon/lunar eclipse.

142 this morning.

Well, I did get a flu shot this year for once. No ill effects so far!

Better FBGs this week are the result of cutting carbs down to no more than 15 a day since monkeying around with insulin hasn't worked so far. Not bad!

92 (5.1) this AM.

I got that flu shot yesterday and have had no issues with it yet!!

Mbuster those rotator cuff exercises really do work, but be sure to use light weights. I used to do them quite often when I was powerlifting.

Tamagno that BG number has got to make you feel better.

91 (5.0) today. I haven't been posting on the exercise thread lately because I just haven't been able to do much walking because of my knees. I was really happy from the 1'st of September when I was able to get 4-5 miles a day and keep up a fairly good pace and felt good. September 18 was the last day for that. Since then my knees have really gotten bad. The worst is at night, I can only get 2-3 hours of sleep then the pain starts and I have to get up and sit for a while then go back to bed and try to get more sleep. When I last saw the orthopedic Dr. he said a cortisone injection would " fix it right up" but because I know it can mess with blood sugar I put it off. Well I'm going to bite the bullet and try it because I can't go on like this. I called two weeks ago for an appointment and got one for today so I'm going to get the cortisone today and will see how much of a problem I have with the BG. Hopefully it won't be too bad but I'll deal with it.
