Disappointing after a very LC day yesterday. No breakfast, 10g for lunch, 9g for dinner, other 6-8 almonds a bit of cheese and 2 sticks of sugar free gum 3g. 22g carbs total, 2 mile brisk walk before dark.

91 (5.0) this morning. Well I did get the cortisone injection in my right knee yesterday and I'm happy to say that the effect on my bg was minimal. At 1 hour I tested and got 112, 2 hours 108, 3 hours 99 and 4 hours 93 so that was not anything like what I was worried about. He will only do one knee at a time because he worries about the bg issue so I have to wait two weeks for the left knee. As far as how much it helped, I'm not sure. It is definitely better but not 100%, at least not yet but I will wait and see.
Tamagno, good news, I hope it's a trend.

I had something weird happen and I would like some input. Last night, my wife got me a Costa Vida chicken salad. I checked the carbs and with dressing it was 20 carbs. I ate it any ways and tested 137 an hour after eating it at 8:30pm. I tested again at 10:30ish and it was 98. This morning, I got a 107. Would it normally go down after a couple of hours that much?

Call me gobsmacked. The third under 5 this week. 4.3. Total carbs yesterday was under 30g, but kJ too much, over 3000, and I'm so sedentary I wont lose weight on that. UGH.
