68 (3.77) this cloudy windy morning, 78 (4.3) at bedtime.

Lol, Nancy, my late DH (Hungarian born and bred) called called our football a "small regional sport", while real Football was Soccer a "world wide sport".

An 84 (4.7) this afternoon. Last night of graveyards.

My relief this morning was unaware that he was supposed to be covering for another person that was off on holidays this week. One of the other straight day guys relieved me about 7 this morning. I happened to meet my man coming out of the time clock shack on my way out. He saw me, looked at his watch, told me it was awfully late to be leaving. I told him I knew, but my relief just got here. He said no kidding, that's awful. I said no kidding, my relief JUST got here. It finally dawned on him what I meant. The "NO WAY, am I supposed to be covering for someone?" response and the look on his face made me think credit card commercial.

I'm sorry to say that this is just wrong. If your TSH is up, its no wonder you feel terrible. (Its a Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. If your thyroid is working, TSH does not need to be pumped out) Been there, done that, got the ratty tshirt. Now I am on a stable dose of thyroxine, I'm in much better shape. If your TSH is down, its because you are hyper rather than hypo thyroid. I like mine to be down around 2. Thats still too low for some. Mine went to 28 at one point and I could not understand why I felt so awful. Foods like soy and soy drinks, cauliflower, broccoli, can also affect your thyroid gland adversely and that will show in a raised TSH.

90, which is higher than its been, but I got really irritated after I woke up this morning and weighed myself. I then took my FBG about 20 minutes later (before any coffee or water).

Everyone have a great day. Son's back to school today so I get to play catch-up at work.

249 this morning.

I have the day off, but find it jammed with the many chores I've put off the last number of weeks.

I don't mind really. At least I'll get to drive around and listen to a bunch of music I've loaded on a thumb drive.

Today, I think, Berlioz' rarely performed opera, "Benvenuto Cellini."

Taking a daring change in routine, I believe I'll practice in the afternoon rather than first thing in the morning.

Yesterday's mail produced a personal note from a realtor in Alabama. Weird as I can't recall contacting anyone there. Maybe that new-fangled "psych-mail" has kicked in - I blame Google.

Mary, I feel your irritation, keep in mind that scales lie, no matter how much you cuss them and threaten them, they lie! LOL

108 (6.0) this AM. Homemade stew I am sure. Yeah it even had a few small spuds in it.
