SNAP... Tamagno 106 (5.9) this AM.

Strange I was not real pleased with my FBG this morning until I read through the guys who had reported before me.

@Tamagno that's a good one sir..

92 (5.1) this morning. It's 18 degrees this morning and we got 2 inches of snow, looks like a winter wonderland, wet snow covering all the trees

Have a great Monday everyone

Vicky has reported our weather conditions - she's only a few miles from me (and no, we haven't met yet) . . . our thermometer sez 16°, but the snow is the same. Hate to have to get out, but we have doctor appointments today & if we don't make it, we'll have to wait until after Thanksgiving. I'm still mulling over whether to cancel or not.

And dangit, I was 120 (6.6) this morning. Not a good start when I'll be getting a blood draw in a few hours.

105 (5.8) this morning. It seems that my fasting number rises depending on how much pain, and how many times I am awakened during the night. I wish the cortisone shots had done a better job. It looks like it's time for plan B.
@ CD, I don't think I would be brave enough, LOL.

105 this morning. I went to Cheese Steak Factory on Saturday and I had the Steak Dianah (only 10 carbs) then I made a mistake and ordered the low-carb cheese cake. It was 24 carbs for lunch, but I've got my BS down to my normal. It was crazy good!

97 this morning. I had a stomach ache from the Chia seed experimental pudding so only had a cup of broccoli for dinner and no snack nuts after dinner. Nice to see a number under 100 again. It warmed up to a balmy 24F here this morning after 5 mornings in a row of 19F. Looking forward to mid 30s and rain on Wednesday!

104, went to the lab for a cardio profile and NMR particle test. Paying myself as I'm curious. If it's good, I'll give my cardiologist a copy, lol.

Day off, 19 degrees and out the door to go hiking in the mountains for a couple of hours.

I had 86 this morning…glad to see my body can still produce one! It's 40F already today…that was yesterday's high and the sun has reappeared, so things are better today.
