104. A bit cold for the desert but that's what car heaters and office cubicles are for. Saw Dr yesterday for checkup, blood work not back yet, everything OK though. She said I should use a foot bath to improve my foot circulation (a little tingling still here after 2 yrs LCHF), but I don't think I'll do that from what I've read -- I'm not convinced it's a good idea. I can live with the way things are, though, pretty well -- everyone have a great day!

90 (5.0) this morning. 32°F this morning. I know, balmy to much of the country. Chance of rain Thursday

@CD, might be the best shave yet, Grandpa thought so.

@Nancy, I can't take kidney beans but I made chili with black soy beans at about 1/2 the carbs and it was really quite good.

110 this morning - not surprised since last night we finished off a roast from a few nights ago so my protein count was probably 200g yesterday. Up to 27F this morning (Seattle area) - the two mile morning walk was almost enjoyable again.

Had a 5.4 this morning and just home after a 14 km bike ride in quite strong wind. About +8 C (46.5 F) in the air and the forecast says no temperatures below freezing point for at least another two weeks down here in Southern Sweden and you nearly have to go north of the arctic circle here in Sweden to find good skiing conditions.

96 for me this morning. Temp when I woke up was 25F which is incredible for Louisiana this time of year. It's supposed to warm up a bit today. Good thing because my long johns are gonna part of me if not!

100 last night and 105 this morning. My wife made low carb stew and it was yummy and my monitor thought it was also.

80 (4.4) this cold partly cloudy morning, 79 (4.37) at bedtime.

21°F outside right now. High supposed to be 35°F (will believe it when I see it!) and low of 19°F.

Off to see my Ophthalmologist in a few minutes. Will hit Costco and Natural Grocers while I am in town and also do some Christmas shopping.
