High this morning - all low-carb yesterday, however our main meal was at 2:00 instead of 6:00. Might have affected basal rates, I suppose.

Nancy, there are too many wonderful moments in Lewis's Space Trilogy to recount. By all means re-read them!

My last free day of this vacation home alone. I'm expecting to spend a leisurely couple of hours practicing and then go out into today's frigid cold for a few errands.

I'm so glad to hear things have turned out well, Barbara!

98 (5.4) this morning. I hope everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving, I know I did. We had prime rib and it was superb. Low carb but a bit high on protein and that was OK.
No shopping today for me, on the news they are showing long lines already, no thanks. I'm with CD on this, my shopping will be mostly at home

100 this morning. I tried to be good and thought I ate too much protein. 100 is lower than my FBG as of late so I'm happy! Now on to resisting Christmas goodies...

108, ok with it. I did have some very small portions like 1-2 tbsp mashed potatoes, jelled cranberries, stuffing and sweet potato. I also had lots of turkey and LC veggies. Finished with no sugar pumpkin pie made with almond flour crust.

I did all the preping, cooking, baking, cleaning up, I wasn't going to forgo a few tastes of what I made. Wife broke her shoulder so couldn't help, guests were my 90+ old parents which I had to pick up and take home. Wonderful dinner and company!
