126 this morning. I'm still stumped by my fasting from a few days ago. I talked to my CDE about it a few days ago and she was stumped also. I just don't know what to say.

65 (3.6) this cold morning, 78 (4.3) at bedtime.

30°F A little snow overnight and more coming this afternoon so I am going out right now to check out the new grocery store in town.

Yesterday was my DD's badge pinning ceremony. She was promoted to Lieutenant at her Police dept. last month. Since she and partner split (very nasty split) in March this year, she had her DD do the pinning. DGD is almost 4, the photos were soooo sweet!!

A 118 (6.6) this afternoon. Another wake up hourly day. Its strange though that my BP is lower over the last couple of days. I gotta do a sleep test, and getting nice weather to get back on the bike won't hurt either.

All my numbers are rising, 1 hour after getting up, and only thing ingested was a cup of BP coffee, and I'm at a 137. Dang adrenals, cause its not coming in with the grub.

Had a 5.4 this morning (after a retest of 6.1). Dark, but at least the sun rises. Should not like to live up in the mining city Kiruna now, where the sun is under the horizon both day and night or in Russian Murmansk. The largest city north of the arctic circle with 300 000 inhabitants and quite close to Norway and Finland.

109 this morning, and the head and chest congestion are fully entrenched. I went to the Christmas Gloria concert anyway last evening by a small Baroque chamber orchestra called Mercury. They are doing concerts in small venues around the city. So, Bach, Corretti and the finale of Handel. The singer was marvelous and the encore was an exquisite Ave Maria.
