@ Tamagno, your numbers have been looking better lately, hope you are successful dealing with your other issues.

@ hitcheca, bummer, hope you are over this soon.

90 this morning - best FBG in months! My type 1 wife still beat me at 73, though. Pouring down rain and 40F on my walk today. I would rather carry an umbrella than fight 18F.

After 3 days of hell with contract inspections and associated stress leading to three days of elevated BG due to some carb overloading, last night and today were welcome changes.

Went to bed with 66 and woke up to 89.

A bit of DP, but not unexpected. Still better than the 110-120 I was seeing per the last few days.

4.4 which surprises me, because I made pancakes last night, with standard white flour. Didn't have much but it was enough that I expected at least a 6 this morning. I don't sweeten the mix so that would have helped, I suppose. I'll be having more this morning as a savoury thing so I had better test afterwards, which I did not do last night (I was feeling far too replete and contented to spoil it with a high reading!)

88 (4.87) this overcast morning, 82 (4.5) at bedtime.

35įF with dark clouds. May see more frozen rain, maybe not.

Checked out the new grocery store yesterday. It is very nice, but pricey. They had a great cheese selection and I got 2 different types of triple cream brie/fermented cheeses! The meats looked good too. While I won't be doing all my shopping there, I will get cheese and meat there.

Off in a minute to see my PCP for 6 month check up. He doesn't know I already know the blood tests results since my Oncologist did the draw the day before Thanksgiving!

@hitcheca, feel better soon!

134, ouch! 3 cups BP coffee yesterday, salad for lunch with a small piece of fish, dinner was 4 Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli with lots of melted butter.

I had a 134 two weeks ago, a tie for the highest FBG since I've been testing for nearly a year. In spite of LCHF it's not getting any better. I do feel good though.

I had my NMR results reported. I'm very high risk for heart disease, had very high small particle LDL count. I'll report in more detail in another thread.

A late reporting of my 5.4 this morning echoing Hans' reading...or should I say SNAP! Muahaha!

I think you waited until you could have a SNAP CD.

Took 3 hour nap, only woke up two or three times. A 102 (5.7).
