114 this morning. Supposed to be a 40% chance of rain today through Saturday so we will see.

A late report - 5.4 in the morning and a while ago 2.5 hours after having a Swedish special - rye bread with raw herring and egg - at the library café down to 4.1 and a second test 3.9. Somewhat unpredictable and if I have the menu once again I´ll bring my meter along, so I have the one hour number.

82 for me this morning. And, the beginning of bronchitis which I haven't had in more than 7 years, dammit.

We all started in the same boat. Good readings come with time, self discipline and most of all attention to diet. Despite all that some of us need a bit of help from medication.

You're starting out the right way. Give it a month or two and you'll be posting 4s too - and getting irritated when you hit over 5.5

70 (3.87) this clear and very cold morning, 87 (4.8) at bedtime.

Still in the 20's°F at 3:00PM this afternoon. It is very clear so it is going to be very cold. Clear skies for the next few days. Always worry about my pipes at times like these.

@Pat, oh dear, I hope it is just a cold and not bronchitis!

I know there are a couple people here that wear Vibram 5 Finger Sneakers, and Crocs too. zulily.com has both on sale at really great prices for the next few days. I may just try the sneakers! I've gotten hooked on that site lately, much to my checkbook's dismay!
