7.5 (135) this morning. Right on the upper limit. Got better through the day though and two hours after evening meal was 6.7 (121).
Hot as hell here. Get a sweat up just thinking about work!

132 (7.3) this morning. It's turned colder with a lot of wind. Everyone's back to school and back to work.

Snap on my yesterday reading (83/4.6) OK, so done with winter, it was 9 on the way to work this morning, did my walk outside...I think my veins froze up! So no more outside walking for awhile, inside is much better

So, at 6:00 last night I was 69, ate a small snack to get through the night, at 11:30 I woke up and was 96...knew that was too low for the morning so had another small snack, and at 3:15am was 61. That is my normal morning wake up time, and my normal am range is 60's and 70's when I wake up. I always have a snack of crackers, peanut butter and 1/2 cup milk unless I'm high at 6:00pm to ward off extreme morning lows.

90 (5.0) this morning. No breakfast this morning, off for blood work in a bit. This morning it was 32F so we are still on a warming trend. Pushing 60f for a daytime high.

118, flu symptoms are subsiding and I'll be back to work tomorrow. Looks to be a bit of a thaw outside. Nice after two days down to zero.

RP, do a quick search here or online for "liver dump" and you'll get a more full explanation than this one on wiki.

very normal indeed.

90, BAM! that's my fbg record. It's rough going back to work after 5 days off. Oh well! I made an awesome fat bomb last night with cream cheese, coconut oil, hwc and mixed it up and put Walden's blueberry syrup on top. hmmmmmmmm
