116 / 6.4 yuck

I earned it. Spent the last three days running between Asheville NC and Spartanburg SC and Marietta GA. Too much driving, not enough exercise, irregular meals ... the keyword here is 'irregular'. I chugged a milk of magnesia last evening, THEN realized it was the kind with sucralose! That spiked me to 138 and I am going to spend the day enjoying the consequent liver dumps. The good news is 136 dropped back to 108 in 15 minutes.

mbuster, speaking from experience, I am sorry you are in a stressful time. And I hope you are not getting physically sick.

92 (5.1) this morning. A full 20 points down from the last two days. Still feel a bit blah from the cold but maybe it's leaving.
20% chance of rain today and tonight and 30% tomorrow. Maybe we will get something out of it. I don't think it will be cold enough to snow though.
Hope you feel better soon Mark.

Had a 4.8 this morning. Strong winds and some storm gusts. Went out to the old fishing village Vikhög, where I use to take a dip in the Ocean. Just didn´t feel like it just now Instead watching the waves. Managed to stand upright and just now even stronger winds.

A picture of waves hitting the pier:

Mark, hoping today is better than yesterday, I hate to hear when someone is having such a bad time

93 / 5.2 this morning. Got a bunch or errands to get done today, tomorrow we're supposed to get snow and ice.
