5.0 (99), still cold outside (-18C). They said it was supposed to warm up for this weekend, but now it may not be until early in the coming week...

I keep forgetting to test on these frigid mornings when I'm checking all the dripping faucets! But they're all still dripping, so I have no real complaints except forgetting to test!

The forecast missed it by a long ways today . . . we went lower this time than the night before when they actually did make a correct prediction for the low. So Vicky was right twice-over - they stole all our degrees AGAIN, and I think I saw -2 (-19C).

@Mark

@Hans, yeah, I'd say not swimming in that is a good choice!! Great photo!

107, I ate low carb all day, didn't cheat, didn't snack, there is no reason it is 10 points higher than yesterday. I probably ate about 30 carbs all day.

On the bright side of things, we had a Sprouts Grocery store open up by us. It has a ton of low carb food and they carry all the Walden Farms products. I got the 0 carb strawberry syrup, peanut spread, and caramel syrup, ketchup, and bbq sauce.

Dave? Things aren't that exact with food intake and your next day fasting numbers. Part of what keeps so many of us honest, is that the small cheats/snacks/etc. you mention, can mess up our numbers for several days. Try to remember that the next time you reach for a cheat. It could be three days or more before your fasting gets back to normal.

Well I am back brrrr... brrr..

It was 80 degrees everyday in Cozumel and the water temp was about the same ever day. One of the best weeks of my life..

Not everything was so great though. Second day my laptop hard-drive crashed, and my danged GoPro camera will no longer fire up. I am a slave to technology. I guess.. No matter the trip was great and diving was spectacular.

The laptop is fixed as I had two spare hard-drives that were cloned to the one in my laptop. GoPro is gonna be sent back for repairs.

Oh, my fasing BG was fine for the entire trip. I tried to be a good boy..
102 (5.7) this 01/10/15 AM..
