114 (6.3) this morning, sure like to get back below 100 but not yet.
We got 0.9" of rain yesterday, most in a day so far this season. A steady rain all day which was great. 30F (-1.1C) this morning and clear.

Barbara, what a nasty thing to happen. I hope they find a reason you passed out, kind of scary. Hope you heal soonest !

Barbara, take care of your self. Sounds like the worst of it may be over. It could have been much worse. My wife fell hard in the garage about 8 weeks ago and fractured her shoulder in several places, she is out of the sling and about 60%.

108, twice in a row. I don't think it's a fluke, I think after nearly a month the met is showing signs of improvement in the FBG levels.

78 (4.3) this snowy morning, 81 (4.48) at bedtime.

Thanks everyone for your kind wishes! It really means a lot to me!

Needless to say I feel like $hit today. I ache everywhere. At least I can open my eye a bit more today. I'm waiting for a callback from the Heart Center for my echocardiogramappointment. I couldn't get to the phone fast enough when they called me.

I need to go to the pharmacy to fill my pain med rx but what I really want to do is crawl back into bed......

Oh, Barb, I'm so sorry. That's terrifying when it happens. I know because I have that T-shirt myself as well as the cut above the eye to prove it…luckily it got stitched and is a very small line now. Maybe your friend could go get the medicine for you?

I fell again Christmas night leaving my daughter's home and am still bunged up, so again you have a pal in similar shape. Luckily she and her husband were handy to get me to my feet and check me out.

Take good care and get plenty of rest. Heating pads come in handy as we get older.

6.5/117 this morning, raining here but still hot and now just more humid. I haven't been able to do any work outside for a couple of weeks because of rain. Oh well, plenty to do inside.

108 / 5.9

Well, this is what happens when I go out to a Mexican restaurant and eat too much protein. PP high last night was 106 mg/dl. But, obviously, the memory lingers.

My presence in the next few weeks will be erratic. We grabbed an opportunity for a very reduced-price Mediterranean cruise. Followed by moving my parents to a new assisted living/dementia facility.

Know you are all - especially those who are ill, injured, or struggling - in my thoughts and prayers!
