122 (6.7) this am. Yesterday's wellness checkup with my family doctor went well. She was surprisingly supportive of LCHF and thought I was doing very well bringing my numbers down. And I'm basically healthy in all other respects . . . .

A 112 (6.2) this morning, not too bad after late night snacking during the ball game on keto yogurt and pecans. Probably too many pecans. That was probably the nail in the coffin that made me go to sleep early in the 4th quarter. Too bad the replay was 2-3:30 am, but I guess sports center reports will have to do for now.

Maybe getting to the point you don't even need it?

105 (5.8) this morning. Better but still not under 100. I'm terrible at being sick. I should stay in bed but I always have to get up and " do some things " with every intention of going back to bed, then never get there until 3-4 in the afternoon when I collapse for a couple of hours. Well, I never claimed to be smart.

111, not bad considering I ate over a dozen pieces of sushi for lunch yesterday.

(This is my third time writing this; I keep erasing it!) Beautiful windy morning here. BS 56 this AM, 113 two hours after breakfast, and 58 after a swift bike ride. Feeling good, and ready for a busy day.
Barbara, hope you are feeling much better.

That would be nice Last week I lowered the dose some and I went up in the morning, just for the last 2 days I lowered it and dropped like a rocket. So I'll just have to experiment, would be great though to just being able to take met

147 this am and 167 before breakfast. Still taking small amounts of Humalog in the am. Insulin resistant is real bad then. I guess I need to get out in the cold and exercise. I really have no place inside or out to walk.

I live in small town, so no place to go to exercise.
