Some think they can, although I can't give you any references, or citations.

It really wouldn't surprise me, if it were proven that they can.

Some animals definitely can - some are trained as support animals, and some pet owners just notice that their pets do sense such things.

Actually I meant I matched 2 others, Paulomi and gotsomeold. I am like Wally, never can have same numbers consistently.

There used to be a member here who had a dog that would alert her when her bg was low. It just did it naturally, with no training.

Did not test today. My husband got a decent hike yesterday in his appraisal and he is happy. He had worked really hard for it and was long due!

Makes me realize how things change so quickly. When I realized about this unexpected and unplanned pregnancy, I was struggling through insecurity on my job front as there were some takeover talks. My husband was upset as he was not been given credit and a proper appraisal for the amount of work he did. And the idea of one more baby at that time absolutely made no sense. We believe in our culture that every kid brings his or her own luck to the family. That and faith in God that he will see you through, is all that is needed.

I am glad I went ahead with this one. Looking forward to the new arrival and those long sleepless nights :)

A 90 (5.0) this morning.

Maybe the 13,013 steps the pedometer said I made at work yesterday. Maybe the thought of today being my Friday. Probably more due to what I did and didn't eat.

128 this morning. Good trends!

The nurse arrives this morning for a six-hour stay to administer the IV.

I wonder what we'll talk about? Same thing tomorrow...

106 / 5.8

Hmmm, that is an unexpected jump. I went to a new restaurant last night. Ate carefully. My BG went from 81 premeal, to 98 1 hour PP, and 90 2 hours PP. Hardly cause for alarm. Maybe the larger portions and the much later than usual mealtime played into today's unexpected surprise.

Tamagno, my fingers are crossed that this new med makes a real difference!
