lol .... I'm not so sure that that was exactly the delicate term for it. I think it was more like, stomach upset accompanied by trips to the restroom.

Why do I feel that the High Carb Brigade marketing team will re-interpret this idea as something like "... and this ruling vindicates, as we have been saying, that trans fats are not a healthy option...."

I remember reading the blog of someone who tried to eat one small bag of the Olestra potato chips daily. Not only did he have to visit the bathroom more often, but after a few days his "leavings" resembled an oil slick and his wife made him stop the experiment. :P

Makes total sense. If you're not digesting it, it's just going to come out. And it is a fat/oil.
