I know some of the tingling sensations in my legs and neck are spinal issues. I have what is called a military neck and when it gets really tight, my sinuses act up, my back hurts and that puts pressure on my legs and feet. I didnt believe it till I saw the chiro and he adjusted my neck and the tingling stopped immediately. I dont know if you have any back issues or neck issues but that can be one cause and it is mine. Sinus issues can cause a truckload of weird crazy things such as headaches, pressure, ear issues, vision disturbances. I had the sinus surgery and it about killed me. Now I use a neti pot couple times week to irrigate my sinus and that has worked wonders and neck adjustments. But that is in my case.

If it's ear wax, the drops will soften it, but then you have to remove it by irrigating the ear with warm water. I got a big plastic bulb to do this, or you can use a big plastic syringe. You don't want to do it often because the ear has its own environment that shouldn't be disrupted, but softening the wax and then flushing it out works wonders.

Silvertiger beat me to the punch . . . even though the drops will soften the wax, it still needs to be removed by irrigation. If you can't get it out of there yourself, then a second visit to the 'good' doctor is in store.

Tylenol doesn't make a difference for me; don't know about the other pain pills. Perhaps you could list 'em? Wiser heads may join in.

Meanwhile ...

Other weirdnesses may be to blame. Changes in exercise levels, for example -- in either direction. (Added stress, or sleep changes, can also create issues.)

Weather changes can play havoc, too. If you've recently experienced a sharp cold snap, or an unseasonable heat wave, that may be yer problem right there!

The body's attempt to fight off infections is yet another "favorite." This little giftie can arrive before you feel any other symptoms.

Low grade fever= higher blood sugar.
Ear ache = sinus problems
arthritis flare + aleve = higher blood sugar
(My experiences)
My solution for the ear ache which is related to the stuffy nose and sinus pain is to suck methol no sugar cough drops. Or breathe over a basin of hot water with metholatum. I have used eucalptus (sp?) also.
Pink, take your temperature. If you have sharp pains and a temp, call the doctor back. Ear infections are nothing to fool with. But, try the methol first. It is cheap. Remember, get the no sugar drops.
