As anyone tried it? Yes, I know real peanut butter is always preferable, but who ca resist peanut butter in powdered form?

It may have its uses such as packing on a trip - lightweight and non-perishable. Or as an added "flour" in baking.

It has ZERO FAT so not all that good for LC/HF.

I have some that I bought years ago and it's still sitting on the shelf.

<edit> - it does taste like peanuts because, well, it is ground peanuts with the fat removed.

Well ... the ones I looked at all said that they had 85% less fat than regular PB. Maybe it's just the brand I looked at. If they're all lower in fat, I could definitely resist them over regular PB. I can only have a small amount (2 T at a time) anyway, or else I start to go too high.
