I don't watermelon often and I try to group it with another carb that I know how my body react's. Usually I could weigh the watermelon take my bolus and my sugar drops, but as soon as I do nothing I go high. I am scared of the watermelon, lol. Pizza I always end up around pizza and that is the worst food i think ever. I love it, but i never get my sq bolus even close and i usually do a normal bolus with moderate success, but usually i get the 3 hour increase in sugar. I hate/love pizza. I do better with the thin crust's, but still I never buy pizza because it is too hard to deal with

I still haven't figured out the perfect bolus for pizza. Since I have insulin resistance as well it just makes it harder. On the rare occasions I eat it I usually set a dual wave to run over 3 hours. That has been the best for me. Although best is to just stay away from the pizza
