An interesting strategy, I thought they were already doing this.???

I would see this as a Good plan for the People since this would only
include sealed and originally packaged medications. Plus it would
keep some of these drugs out of the water ways and land. Surely
to heavens, the Folks responsible would make sure that there would
be No mistakes made.

Hello Terrie, The thought of recycling drugs sends shivers up my spine since that by taking drugs in the first place makes the unbalance of the natural being of self, Meaning that will control whatever ailment that we have plus the side effects that comes with the drug. So now they want to recycle it.
Pharmaceutical companies make a stash of money out of us and they claim that their drugs helps us. The natural hormone Insulin is acceptable to what level although I haven't herd of side effects of overuse yet.
I haven't read the link and I feel that I don't have to as this is so made to save money rather than destroying of the out of date material and I find this dangerous
