Default Orange juice consumption down

40%, due to concerns about sugar content.

Just heard that on the news. Some of us are making better choices.

I cringe when I watch my boss chug down litres of juice every single day!

My mother still drinks it, even after my admonitions.

My dad drinks cranberry and grape by the gallon, to my protests.

My mother drinks a lot of it, every day, though she is not diabetic or even pre.

I used to drink a lot of orange juice, and grapefruit juice I especially enjoyed, and I always thought they were healthy for years.

I had to give up grapefruit juice when I began to be treated for HBP…many drugs don't play well with it. And, darn it, I loved it and half a grapefruit even.

During my thirsty phase (pre dx) I was chugging down litres of Pomegranite Juice. Morning, afternoon and during the night.

Yep - orange juice and grapefruit juice - if I could, I'd still drink 'em by the gallon. And I used to peel grapefruits & eat 'em like oranges, with just a dash of salt. I may have to rethink if it's sushi I miss most, or grapefruit juice!
