The usual 3 mile trail around the lake at a local park. I walk with my dog so we both benefit.

Oh yeh...I also picked up the laundry at the DryCleaners. Does that count?

I'm led to believe that every step counts, hence the pedometer I wear every day.

Zumba again! Three times a week now. My legs were still a bit stiff from Saturday's class...but worked it out nonetheless!

I just love shak'en my booty to that Latin rhythm! Unfortunately my hips aren't so "hip" on it! But I do my best!

Fortunately Muck I do have a great sense of catching the beat and working out to it (I used to play the clarinet way back when and have always loved music of all genres), but not sure I don't have 2 left feet. I got the rhythm, just do my best with the moves! I'm sure it is pretty funny to watch though! The gym I go to is just for women, so I don't have to worry about any guys standing around making fun!

If you get up early n the morning to exercise, to you eat breakfast first or a light snack or nothing? I have to start doing my thirty minutes of cardio in the morning so I can do my strength training at night.
