Yesterday had a 11 miles run, interval training - pushed really myself really hard. Today, Sunday I shall visit the gym
to use a cross trainer and step machine, this will be followed by a long dog walking session.

11 mile bike ride yesterday evening. Cool and windy. With the days getting longer, may be able to start getting in more riding even working 12 hour days. Quick and brisk rides on work days and longer rides on off days. Better understanding of wind chill factor now than I have ever had.

That's pretty inspirational, 11 mile runs, bike rides after 12 hour work days. I planned to exercise moderately at least an hour a day for 365 days in a row starting last Thanksgiving. So far, I've failed -- but I only missed about 5 days so far, which is great! Usually I go to the gym, or hike, or bike, or play tennis -- I don't want to do just one thing. Today it's the gym -- running on treadmill for about 1/2 hour, 1/2 hour of walking on it, and maybe 15 minutes on the stationary bike. Tennis in the afternoon if the other players can make time for it.

Walked this afternoon with my 16 year old granddaughter. Her and Pawpaw went 3 1/2 miles, then pawpaw went another mile.

got my walk in dispite really strong winds. also increasing my sit-ups to five rounds of 60 daily.

A bike ride on the dirt roads in 60 F weather with high desert winds. Nice, though (if you don't care how slow you go facing the wind).
