New month. changing things up a little. With work starting up again, i will be walking at least five miles a day. i will also have less time for sit-ups, so i will be reducing them from 180 a day to 100 at a minimum.

I am sometimes too "harsh". I feel that sometimes one must be "harsh" to get the point across.

Does anyone have any experience with exercise bikes? Thinking about investing in a decent one, for days when the weather is too bad to walk outside.

There are many out there. I personally prefer a recumbent model with as little electronics as possible. All that fancy training software that sounds so appealing breaks quickly if you use it a lot and is usually more hindrance than help. You want something you can get on, elevate your heartbeat to the proper level and pedal for a half hour. Should be sturdy enough to last as you're going to have trouble getting rid of it once its dead.

Fantastic, thank you! I am going to start looking around online and in stores, for a good one. Thanks for the advice.

Yesterday, Monday, legs and shoulders. 30 mins cardio followed by 20 sets each at leg press and seated press with 5 sets abs and 5 sets back extensions. A week back in and my body feels as though its remembering how this is supposed to feel even with very light weights.
