Default Not good today

Could only do 15 minutes before I literally laid down on the ground trying to relieve the pain. was able to make it back home on my own. Did not take the dogs today. Supposed to install a Boiler tomorrow... that should be fun

I was sick yesterday and stayed home from work.. no exercise

Today I managed to go to work, but only about 15 minutes of walking for exercise.

Tomorrow will be better

My fasting BG was 100 the lowest in the last 3 weeks.Normally i take tea with cinnamon( no sugar) It is as good as tea with sugar or artificial sweeteners. and then go for a walk for half an hour. Tea ups the BG by 10 and the walk brings it down by 8 to 10. So I am very comfortable for breakfast.

Today i took yogurt additionally and jogged for about 15 minutes.Surprisingly my pre breakfast BG was at 130., which is much higher than other days.

Now I am trying to figure out which went wrong, the yogurt or the strenuous jogging

Maybe both, k.t. Strenuous exercise can raise BG, and yogurt can too. Sounds like you're doing well with tea & a brisk walk, though.
