21.7 mile bike ride this evening and another wrench. A gear wrench brand ratcheting wrench, too bad not a reversible one. It was just a few feet from where I found the one yesterday.

Day off from the bike. Scrubbed the horses water troughs, loaded up the lawn mower (had to come- along it onto the trailer) and carried it to the repair shop, got home in time to clean up, eat, and go watch the grandkids show hogs at the county fair.

Well I'm going to see if I can get the ball rolling again and get back to walking. I tried last week and ran out of steam and had to put it on hold. I have been dealing with feeling lousy and having higher blood sugar, not horrible, but higher, for the last month. Today my blood sugar has been quite good and my energy much better so I'm expecting that I am maybe over this crud.
Walking 9/1, 4.72 miles, 11,972 steps.
Looking forward to tomorrow.

Another decent day today. I had to go to town this morning and it cut into my walking time a bit but was able to get my 10K steps.
Tuesday 9/2 walking 4.09 miles, 10,363 steps.

17 mile bike ride before lunch. I need to ride again before dark. 100 mile bike ride is just a month away.

I knew I was building up glycogen when I was on graveyard shift and not riding. I gained 9 pounds since last Thursday. DP and cortisol are back. 88 FBG, 108 before I rode, and whoa, a 141 after the ride, rechecked and a 130, so it did go up. I had bacon and eggs with cheese and my high octane coffee for breakfast. Carb source was the HWC and that was 4 hours earlier.

Hi all! Just checking in! My life has been insane. Im back to working out (I was averaging about 3.75 miles a day with my horrible work schedule) and have been hitting 5 miles. My Fitbit is dying, I use it so much! I need a new one and hate that I have to give up my Force model.

Im down 63 pounds- so Im still going strong!

Be well, all!
