Moving right along, Wednesday 9/3 walking 4.33 miles, 10,964 steps.
Hi Mollie, good to see your smiling face.
I understand busy and it's good to hear you are doing well. You may already know about this but I see Fitbit has a voluntary recall of the Force model.
https://www.fitbit.com/forcesupport
I don't know the differences but I really like my Fitbit One, it's really small and fits into my pocket and I don't even know it's there. They say there will be a new model to replace the Force but no idea when.
Take care and do stop in when you can.

I was worried because my knees gave me such a problem in the early AM before I got up I thought it would be a rough day but after I got up and started moving all was good.

Lots and lots of steps at work, but no pedometer to get a good count. Home too late to ride the bike before dark.

A bit cooler temps during the day, in the mid 80's, so it's nicer walking. Friday 9/5 4.76 miles, 12,071 steps.

Ending the day with 11,644 steps/5.24 miles/13 flights- I'll look into the Fitbit One, Wally! Thanks! I love the Force because I check my steps constantly and not my phone. The One may be the way to go. Good to see you, too, Wally!

Miss you guys- my schedule is a nightmare, but I'm now back to getting my 5 miles in and still am rockin on LCHF. Down 63 pounds!! Hope my work calms in the next month.
