Yep, I'm zapped out on energy too. I thought for a second about riding the bike, but thinking about fighting the wind stopped that thought from progressing to reality.

I did get in 14,170 steps today. Most of it was this afternoon, after swinging a brush ax on briars in a quarter mile of fence.

13,095 steps half of them after getting home from celebrating 3 birthdays for son, son in law, and mother in law at Red Lobster.

Motivation is to have last 30 days meet/exceed my daily steps goal. Today will be the magic day.

Yesterday's morning temps were in the 20s so no walking before work. I did walk 2 miles at lunch. After work was 1-1/2 hours on the weight machines then 45 minutes on the bike. BG was 57 when I came out of the gym, picked up some ready made catfish from the grocery store, took care of that 57 nicely

13,072 steps, met my goal today, should have the last 30 days showing that. Maybe I will, right now the site is telling my phone app that they are down for maintenance, please try again later.

I have been out of sorts for several days now. I need to figure out where my motivation went.

Yesterday morning was rather warm, but a bit windy so I got in a 4 mile walk before work, 1-1/2 miles walked at lunch and after work I rode 10 miles on the bike.
I've changed things around so that I only use the weight machines Mon, Wed and Fri, I think it's better to give the muscles a rest between all the heavy lifting. We'll see how that works out.

I am wondering if I should add some lifting into my daily exercise.
